This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the AI Accounting application ("the App"), operated by Awakening Academy. By installing, connecting, or using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App to access and manage your own Intuit QuickBooks Online data.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only with QuickBooks accounts you are authorized to access. You will not misuse, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or attempt to access data belonging to others.
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you create or modify in QuickBooks through the App. The App acts only on instructions you provide. You authorize the App to read from and write to your QuickBooks company as directed by you.
The App integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official APIs. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement and does not endorse the App. "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The App is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awakening Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your financial data.
You may stop using the App and revoke its access at any time through your Intuit account. We may suspend or terminate the license if these terms are violated.
We may update this Agreement; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
